Ingredients:

  • purple cabbage
  • red pepper - 1 pc
  • carrots - 2 medium pieces
  • boiled quinoa
  • corn - 1 can

Ingredients for the dressing:

  • basil - half a bunch
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves (to taste)
  • ordinary mustard (not strong) - 1 tbsp
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp
  • honey - 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice (half a lemon)

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the cabbage and pepper.

2. Grate the carrots.

3. Pre-boil the quinoa in water (cook for about 15 minutes).

4. Add it all to a bowl.

5. Whisk or grind the ingredients for the sauce. If it turns out to be too thick, you can add a little olive oil.
