Soup is the best dish for lunch. It is light, nutritious and, at the same time, very satisfying. It will be especially tasty if you combine mushrooms with cream and choose chicken broth for the base.

Ingredients:

  • champignons - 300 g.
  • butter - 50 g
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • cream 10-20% - 250 g.
  • chicken broth - 300 g.
  • flour - 1 tsp.
  • dried porcini mushrooms - 1 tbsp.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Fry onion and garlic in a saucepan with butter until golden brown.

2. Add the sliced mushrooms.

3. Fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

4. Add flour, cream, dried porcini mushrooms and chicken broth.

5. Add spices.

6. Bring to a boil, remove from heat.

7. Serve with herbs. Optionally, add fried onions or croutons.
