What a delicious appetizer with sprats to cook for the New Year: we share an idea

The perfect appetizer for the New Year's table is sandwiches. It turns out to be very budget-friendly, hearty and tasty. You can put a simple cheese spread on the bread, as well as your favorite sprats and cucumber.

The idea of making festive sandwiches with sprats was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria with the nickname cook_with_me_at_home. They fly away in minutes.

Ingredients:

• cream cheese - 150 g
• garlic - 2 cloves
• pickled cucumber (small) - 4 pcs.
• dill - a bunch
• sprats
• black bread

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the dill, peel off the coarse stems, and set aside a few sprigs for garnish.

2. Put the chopped cheese and 3 chopped cucumbers into the blender bowl.

3. Peel the garlic and add it to all the ingredients.

4. Grind all this into a homogeneous mass.

5. Cut the black bread, brush with the paste.

6. Top with a fish, a sprig of dill and a thin cucumber slice.
