• cottage cheese 9% - 600 g
• eggs - 3 pcs
• sugar - 120 gr
• vanilla sugar - 10 gr
• semolina - 30 gr
• sour cream - 100 g
• butter - 100 g
• cream 18% - 200 g
• raspberries - 120 g
• Oreo cookies - 80 g

Method of preparation

1. Mix eggs with cottage cheese, sugar, semolina, cream, vanilla sugar, sour cream and butter (100 g) and beat with a blender until a homogeneous consistency is formed.

2. Pour the resulting curd mass into portioned baking dishes.

3. Sprinkle the future casserole with Oreo cookies (any other kind of cookies will do) and raspberries.

4. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 20 minutes.
