According to the nutritionist, you shouldn't torture your body with fasting days. It's better to just go back to your usual diet.

Time

The expert says that first of all, you need to start eating at the same time and not skip meals. Breakfast and lunch should be nutritious and rich in vitamins. And you should go to bed on the same day you wake up.

No simple carbohydrates

You also need to remove simple carbohydrates from your diet, as you have already consumed your share of various desserts and fatty foods during the New Year holidays. Sugar, fast food, baked goods, and flour products should be limited to a minimum. And if you really want something sweet, you can eat fresh fruit, but only in the morning.

The equator rule

You should follow the equator rule. That is, lunch should be no later than 3 p.m. And after that time, carbohydrates (starchy vegetables, cereals, bread, fruits, and sweets) should be excluded from the diet.
