Simple salad with chicken gizzards: dressed with mayonnaise

Chicken gizzards are a very affordable and budget-friendly product. Therefore, it can be an excellent basis for preparing a hearty mayonnaise salad. You only need to combine 2 ingredients, as well as marinade and dressing.

The idea for the salad was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Inna Kliuchnyk (innakluchnik31). It can be a festive or just an everyday dish.

Ingredients:

• chicken gizzards - 1 kg
• onions - 500 g

Ingredients for the marinade:

• salt - 0.5 tsp.
• sugar - 3 tbsp
• vinegar - 100 g
• water - 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Cut onion into thin strips.

2. Add all the ingredients for the marinade.

3. Leave on for at least 30 minutes.

4. Boil gizzards in well-salted water with vegetables.

5. Cut cooled meat into strips.

6. Add pickled onion and chopped parsley.

7. Add pepper.

8. Season with mayonnaise and mix well.
