Fluffy banana pancakes are a great breakfast option. It is ideal to cook them with milk. The texture will turn out very homogeneous and moderately thick. For a sweet flavor, you should add bananas.

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 ripe bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 200 ml of milk (you can choose vegetable milk)
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tsp. leavening agent
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • If desired, you can add 1-2 tbsp. sugar

Method of preparation:

 

1. Put all ingredients in one bowl.

2. Blend until smooth. You can mix everything with a fork, then mix the ingredients gradually, starting with mashing the banana.

 

3. Place a tablespoon of batter on a well-heated dry pan.

 

4. Wait until bubbles form and then turn over.

 

5. The fewer bubbles, the more attractive the pancakes will be on both sides.

6. Serve with fruit and your favorite toppings.
