If you shouldn't eat sweets, pastries, and cakes for breakfast, then this dessert is a must. This oatmeal is very tasty and does not look like gray porridge at all. You just need to put all the necessary ingredients in a glass and eat with a spoon.
The idea of cooking lazy oatmeal with yogurt in a glass was published on the Instagram page of nutritionistHanna Stadnyk (hanna_stadnyk). The only sweetener here is honey.
Ingredients:
- oatmeal (can be long-cooked flakes) - 40 g
- nuts - 20 g
- honey - 20 g
- Greek yogurt or soft cottage cheese - 150 g
- berries and fruits - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Put the yogurt in a glass.
2. Top with flakes.
3. Then honey and fruit with berries.
4. If desired, you can repeat some layers or add other favorite ingredients.
5. Put the yogurt as the last layer.
6. Put in the refrigerator overnight.
