The idea of making homemade healthy sweets was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valeria Demchuk (mrs.demenchuk). To harden the molded products, it is enough to place them in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
- condensed milk - 250 g
- coconut flakes - 300 g
- milk chocolate - 250 g
Method of preparation:
1. Choose fine coconut flakes, if coarse, beat in a blender.
2. Add condensed milk, mix until smooth and form a bar. Moisten your hands a little beforehand.
3. Put on a board covered with parchment.
4. Put in the freezer for 40 minutes.
5. Melt the chocolate in the microwave and dip each piece.
6. Put back on the parchment and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
