How to make delicious broccoli for breakfast: an idea for simple pancakes
Broccoli is quite a specific product in taste. But, at the same time, it is very useful. Therefore, it is best to eat it just for breakfast. And to make broccoli happy to eat both children and adults - from this vegetable you can make pancakes.
- broccoli - 250 g
- flour - 60 - 70 grams
- chicken egg - 1 pc
- parmesan cheese - 30 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the broccoli in salted water for about 10 minutes.
2. Chop it into a purée.
3. Beat the eggs and add the sifted flour in portions, stirring well.
4. Add the cheese, salt and pepper.
5. Add the egg mixture to the broccoli.
6. Fry the fritters for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
7. Serve with sour cream or yogurt.
