Homemade sweet cookies without sugar: how to prepare
If you want to limit your sugar intake but can't do without sweets, make these cookies. They contain sweet bananas and carrots. The pastries will taste great and you won't need sugar.
The idea of making homemade cookies with carrots and bananas is published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname prikorm_kids_menu. You only need 5 ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 1 large carrot
- 2 bananas
- 50-70 g of butter
- 200-250 g of flour (possibly more)
- 1 tsp. baking powder (add - 0.5 tsp. baking soda/vinegar)
Method of preparation:
1. Boil and cool the carrots.
2. Mash the carrot and bananas with a fork.
3. Add the melted butter.
4. Add flour (mix baking powder or baking soda with the flour). The dough should be soft, but not stiff.
5. Roll out the dough on parchment immediately.
6. Cut into a convenient shape.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes (depending on your oven).
