Ingredients:
- grapefruit juice - 200 g
- agar-agar - 3 g
- any sweetener - 30 g
Method of preparation:
1. Add agar-agar and sweetener to fresh grapefruit juice.
2. Stir.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Leave for a few minutes.
5. Pour the future marmalade into molds.
6. Leave to harden at room temperature.
7. After a few hours, remove from the molds.
