Homemade banana candies: a healthy snack from budget ingredients
Homemade candies are a safe and healthy substitute for store-bought sweets. They can be eaten as a dessert and even as a snack. The treat is easy to prepare at home, using fruits, berries, dried fruits, nuts.
- banana - 1 pc
- peanut paste - 50 g
- dark chocolate - 70 g
- butter - 30 g
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and cut the banana into small rings.
2. Smear one banana slice with peanut paste and cover with the other half of the banana. Repeat with the rest of the fruit, then place on a board and leave in the freezer for 1 hour.
3. To prepare the glaze, melt the chocolate on a water bath, add a piece of butter.
4. Dip the frozen bananas into the chocolate and leave them to cool completely. Bon appetit!
