Here is a recipe for a salad that will be the centerpiece of any holiday table. This is a delicious dish that has an unobtrusive flavor and looks very nice.
The recipe for this salad was shared by food blogger Inna Klyuchnik. On her Instagram, she explained in detail what to add to the dish to make it taste great.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
- Pomegranate - 1 pc.
- Corn - 1 b.
- Walnuts - 150 g
- Parsley
- Garlic
- Mayonnaise
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the whole chicken fillet in a frying pan. When both sides are well browned, add teriyaki or unagi sauce and ½ cup of dry wine.
2. Cook over high heat until the wine evaporates.
3. Turn off the pan, cover, and leave to cool completely, then cut into cubes. Add salt and pepper.
4. Put the chicken, corn, peeled pomegranate, a little garlic, and mayonnaise in a deep bowl.
5. Add the roasted and slightly chopped walnuts and herbs. Mix well and enjoy the taste.
