Making a delicious and healthy breakfast is much easier than it might seem at first glance. All you need is a few ingredients and a pinch of imagination.
Food blogger Natalia Zhuk shared a recipe for a really healthy and beautiful breakfast. It was she who showed on Instagram how to make sandwiches without bread using Iceberg lettuce.
Ingredients
- Iceberg lettuce
- cream cheese
- redfish
- cucumber
- avocado
- sesame seeds
- salt
Method of preparation
1. Separate leaves and make a small cut on its white part.
2. Divide the leaf into 4 parts.
3. Put cream cheese on one part of the leaf.
4. Put fish on the second part.
5. Then put avocado, cut into slices, on the next part.
6. The fourth part is for cucumber.
7. Sprinkle the fish with sesame seeds.
8. Salt the cucumber.
9. Fold one part over the other, then the third and the fourth.
10. Cut in half and get a wonderful, tasty and healthy breakfast.
