Delicate chia pudding with banana: ingredients and recipe for one jar

Delicious and tender chia pudding is a dish that has recently entered our diet but has already won the highest places in it. It is extremely easy to prepare, and you can add any ingredients to taste.
Today, a food blogger with the nickname thefoodhub.by_ilona decided to share a classic recipe for chia pudding. She also shared on Instagram which apps are best suited for this dish.
Ingredients for 1 jar:
- Chia seeds - 2.5 tbsp
- Milk (can be vegetable) - 60 ml
- Greek yogurt - 3-4 tbsp
- Honey - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Pour chia into a jar, add milk and honey, and mix well. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight.
2. Peel and mash the banana with a fork. Add to the pudding, smoothing the layer.
3. Add a layer of yogurt on top and garnish.
4. You can use anything to garnish the pudding: coconut, nuts, jam, fruit, caramel, chopped pistachios, etc.
