Chef Maxim, nekuhar, shared a recipe for breaded mini sausages on his Instagram page.

Ingredients:

• mini sausages - 1 p
• wheat flour - 5 tbsp
• milk - 3 tbsp
• eggs - 1 pc
• sugar - 1 tsp
• salt
• breadcrumbs
• skewers

Method of preparation:

1. To prepare the batter, beat the egg with sugar and salt until dissolved.

2. Sift the flour into the resulting mass and pour the milk, mix until smooth. The dough should be like thick sour cream. If it is too thin or too thick, you can add a little more flour or milk.

5. Fry the sausages in a large amount of oil until golden brown. Enjoy!
