Big Mac Tacos: a Mexican-American dish with a Ukrainian accent

You don't need to spend a lot of time and effort to prepare this dish. In just a few minutes, you will have a very beautiful and incredibly tasty dish on your table. It will look like Mexican food because it is served in tacos. And its composition resembles a burger from a well-known fast food chain.

Well, if you add a little more garlic to it, the dish will acquire a wonderful Ukrainian flavor. This unusual recipe was shared on Instagram by a food blogger with the nickname polli_cooking.

Ingredients for tacos

• tortilla - 2 pcs
• minced veal - 250 gr
• salt
• spices for meat
• cheddar cheese - 4 slices
• lettuce leaves
• pickled cucumbers
• tomato
• onion

Ingredients for the sauce

• Greek yogurt - 2 tbsp
• mustard seeds - 2 tsp.
• salt to taste

Method of preparation

1. Put minced meat on the tortilla and spread it over the entire surface.

2. Fry the tortilla with the minced meat side down in a preheated frying pan for 5-7 minutes.

3. Turn the tortilla over and add cheese. Let it melt and remove from the heat.

4. Make the sauce: mix all the ingredients until smooth. You can also add garlic.

5. Add lettuce, cucumbers, tomato and onion and pour the sauce over.

6. Fold it in half and enjoy it while tasting.
