This beef and vegetable salad is so tasty and beautiful that it can be prepared both every day and served on any holiday table.

A food blogger with the nickname thefoodhub.by_ilona used an extremely successful combination of ingredients to prepare it. On Instagram, she shared what kind of dressing would best suit this salad.

Ingredients

  • boiled beef - 250 gr
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs
  • peppers (red and yellow) - 2 pcs
  • large cucumber - 1 pc
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • freshly frozen green peas
  • green onions
  • sesame seeds
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • red pepper flakes

Method of preparation

1. Cut vegetables and meat into strips. Defrost peas beforehand.

2. Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl.

3. Put crushed garlic and red pepper flakes in the center.

4. Heat oil in a saucepan and pour it over the garlic and pepper so that they will reveal their flavors more.

5. Add soy sauce. Mix everything, garnish with green onions and serve.
