A simple recipe for carbonara: fast and incredibly tasty

Most people just can't get enough of carbonara pasta. However, few people enjoy spending a lot of time cooking it. Therefore, we offer a simplified recipe that will make the dish no less delicious.

A simplified recipe for carbonara pasta was shared by food blogger Tati Chudnova. On Instagram, she also talked about alternative products that can replace the expensive ones included in the original recipe.

Ingredients

• pancetta - 100 gr
• egg yolk - 2 pcs
• Parmesan - 20 g
• 20-30% cream - 100 ml
• pepper mix
• spaghetti - 150 g

Method of preparation

1. In a deep bowl, mix cream, egg yolks, grated Parmesan cheese and pepper mix.

2. Cut pancetta into strips and fry in a pan.

3. Boil spaghetti until al dente and add to the pancetta. Stir to combine.

4. Add the sauce and mix again.

5. Garnish with herbs and serve.
