President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reacted to the terrorist attack in Magdeburg, Germany. The Head of State said that violence should never win anywhere.

The President also emphasized that it is very important to establish all the circumstances and motives of the attacker. Zelenskyy said this on the social network X.

The Ukrainian president noted that doctors in Germany are fighting for the lives of the victims after the horrific attack on the Christmas market in Magdeburg. The President said that all prayers are aimed at ensuring that doctors manage to save the lives of seriously injured people.

"It is very important to establish all the circumstances and motives of the attacker. We support the people of Magdeburg and all Germans on this difficult day. Hold on, dear German friends," the President said.

As a reminder, in Magdeburg, Germany, a car drove at breakneck speed into a crowd at a Christmas market. As of 10 p.m. Kyiv time on December 20, at least 11 people were reported dead, and 60 to 80 people were injured.
