New details have emerged regarding the aftermath of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' strike on the headquarters of the Russian Dnipro troop group in the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region on November 1. The invaders had established this headquarters on the Arabat Spit, within two boarding houses: "Yunyi" and "Blakytne Polumia."

The elimination of three Russian colonels has been confirmed: two deputy heads of the DNEPR control center and the head of the enemy fire planning department. Journalist Yurii Butusov provided these details.

He recalled that Ukrainian soldiers conducted a missile strike on the control center of the Dnepr troop group of the Russian Armed Forces, responsible for combat operations in the Kherson region, on November 1, at approximately 11 a.m.

The target was the enemy headquarters, with the command post hidden within two boarding houses in the village of Strilkove, Henichesk district, on the Arabat Spit.

"The Dnepr group was established by the headquarters of the Russian Airborne Forces and is under the command of the commander of the Russian Airborne Forces, Colonel-General Teplinskyi. The latest reports from the Russian Federation indicate that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had received accurate and verified intelligence about the location of the Dnepr headquarters and precisely planned the missile strike," Butusov emphasized.

He also pointed out that OSINT researcher Necro Mancer determined that three senior officers of the Dnipro headquarters were "neutralized" as a result of the missile strike: Colonel Vadym Dobriakov, deputy head of the control center; Colonel Oleksandr Galkin, another deputy; and Colonel Oleksiy Koblov, head of the enemy fire planning department.

"Based on this data, it is evident that the missile struck the Russian headquarters itself and eliminated the next shift of operators. In other words, the headquarters was destroyed. It is apparent that, in addition to the senior officers who were eliminated, there were also numerous casualties among low-ranking military personnel. The Dnepr command center is one of the highest-level headquarters, and its destruction represents one of the most significant successes in dismantling Russia's "decision-making centers" during the war. It is crucial that the enemy is compelled to acknowledge Ukraine's success," Butusov pointed out.

As a reminder, the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a missile attack on the enemy headquarters in the Kherson region on November 1. Simultaneously, Ukrainian missiles were launched at the temporarily occupied Crimea.

Immediately after the attack, ambulances and fire trucks rushed to the impact area.
