For the second time in a day, explosions were heard in occupied Sevastopol. Black smoke rose over the city, the occupation authorities complained about a missile strike on the headquarters of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, and the aggressor country's Ministry of Defense reported one dead soldier.

According to the occupation "governor" of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhayev, a missile attack was launched on the headquarters of the Russian fleet, although about an hour ago he assured that "everything is calm" in the city. The "governor" added that a piece of debris had fallen near the Lunacharsky Theater and called on Sevastopol residents to remain calm (photos and video are posted at the bottom of the news).

The occupier also said that "another attack is possible" and urged people not to go to the city center or leave the buildings. In case of siren sounds, Razvozhayev advised to hide in shelters.

According to Razvozhayev, there were no preliminary casualties as a result of the strike, while Russian media reported 6 wounded. Sevastopol publics write that ambulance stations have requested that 40 wounded, mostly officers, be placed in city hospitals.

As of 14:49, the Russian Defense Ministry reported one dead serviceman of the Black Sea Fleet. According to unofficial data from the Russian media, at least 10 people were killed.

For his part, the occupying "head of Crimea" Sergey Aksyonov said that cruise missiles were "shot down over Crimea."

Meanwhile, photos and videos of the aftermath of the strike are being posted online. According to the Crimean Partisans, more than 25 ambulances arrived at the scene. A fire broke out in the headquarters building, and traffic in the center of Sevastopol is blocked.

There was also a preliminary arrival near the military unit at 2 Simferopolska Street in Bakhchisarai. Later, the "adviser to the head of Crimea" Oleg Kryuchkov said that "everything is calm" in the city, and that the explosion was allegedly caused by a "downed missile."

"The grass outside the city is burning from the wreckage of a downed missile. Everything is calm in Bakhchisarai. The Ministry of Emergency Situations is eliminating it," the occupier said.

As of 16:18, the Crimean Wind Telegram channel reported that the headquarters of the Russian Black Sea Fleet continues to burn in Sevastopol. Smoke can be seen even in the area of the Student Town. The city center is blocked.
