President Volodymyr Zelensky has instructed to solve the problem of Ukraine's vulnerability to Russian guided bombs and Shaheds, which the enemy is increasingly using to terrorize Ukrainians. More measures are needed to counter these attacks by the aggressor state.

In particular, we are talking about strengthening mobile fire groups and introducing the real practice of shooting down Shaheds with drones, as well as developing our Armed Forces in such a way as to finally overcome the problem of Russian guided bombs. Zelensky said this in his traditional evening address to Ukrainians on Monday, November 4.

"There are urgent decisions that need to be implemented. And there are also more strategic things that will be taken into account in Ukraine's internal Strengthening Plan, in the relevant defense clause," he said.

In addition to the issue of air defense, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Headquarters also discussed increasing the production of our weapons, especially drones and missiles.

"We are increasing contracts for Ukrainian producers. We are adding long-term opportunities to produce such weapons and invest in the development of such production facilities. I gave the relevant instructions to the Minister of Defense and the Security Council," the head of state said.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, during the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Headquarters, acting Air Force Commander Anatoliy Krivonozhko reported on a sharp increase in Russian attacks using Shahed drones, the number of which has increased by about ten times compared to last fall.
