On January 31, a series of explosions occurred in the temporarily occupied Crimea, audible in at least six settlements. Eyewitnesses also shared photos of missiles seen in the Crimean sky.

During the air raid, the occupiers blocked traffic on the Crimean bridge and activated a smoke screen in Sevastopol. Local Crimean publics reported details of the explosions.

According to Crimean Wind, a flying missile was observed in the sky near Sevastopol.

"Just above Andriivka near Sevastopol. A subscriber claims that the missile is flying towards the city," read the message accompanying the missile photo.

The invaders declared an air raid at 15:27. Traffic on the Crimean bridge was blocked at 15:14. In Sevastopol, the occupiers attempted to protect themselves from missiles using a smoke screen.

"The smoke in the area of Sevastopol Bay is from the military using their service camouflage," claimed the so-called "governor" of the temporarily occupied Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhayev.

Subsequently, at least two explosions were reported by residents of Dzhankoy and Nizhnegorsk districts in Crimea.

A wave of panic spread in the peninsula's publics. People shared fears of "missile launches towards Sevastopol and Crimea" and speculated about "enemy aircraft" reaching launch positions.
