In Lviv, almost restored buildings destroyed by a Russian missile: photos with a six-month difference have stunned the internet

Houses on Stryiska Street destroyed by the enemy have almost been restored in Lviv

In Lviv, the facades and roofs of high-rise buildings on Stryiska Street, which were destroyed during a massive attack by the aggressor country, Russia, have been repaired in six months. On July 6, the occupiers targeted the city's residential buildings with Kalibr missiles, resulting in seven casualties and dozens of injuries.

Mayor Andriy Sadovyi announced that the housing had been partially restored. He shared photos of the houses taken six months apart.

According to him, specialists will be completing the final works on strengthening and re-roofing the houses that were destroyed in the summer by the end of February.

The next phase of restoration will involve repairing the apartments inside the buildings, and the financing for this will also come from the city budget.

Sadovyi emphasized that due to the historical location of these houses on Stryiska Street, the restoration process requires more time and precision, particularly in dealing with old documentation to preserve the original appearance of the facades and structures.

"We are rebuilding everything with great attention to detail. Our goal is not only to restore but to make it better!" added the mayor of Lviv.

Lviv residents expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to return to their homes that were destroyed by the Russian aggressor.

"It's heartening to see this. Because I constantly hear that no one is compensated for anything, and no one is helped." "With this approach to the case, Ukraine will not be destroyed! Well done!" "The residents of the house will have to wait a little longer! Thanks to everyone who helps to restore the building!" - wrote the netizens.
