Fuel tank caught fire in Sevastopol: the occupiers claimed a UAV hit. Photos and videos

Sevastopol was visited by a powerful "cotton"

On the morning of April 29, a fuel tank caught fire in the Kozacha Bukhta neighbourhood of Sevastopol, on the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea. The "Governor" of the city, Mikhail Razvozhayev, was quick to say that the fire was caused by a UAV hit.

The occupiers' protege wrote about it in his Telegram. According to him, the fire covered an area of 1000 square metres and was classified as a class 4 fire (to watch the video, scroll to the end of the news).

Razvozhayev added that all relevant services are working at the scene, and information about the victims is being clarified.

Local Telegram channels reported that two large explosions were heard before the fire broke out.

Later, Razvozhayev assured that no one was allegedly injured in the fire at the fuel tank in Sevastopol and that civilian facilities were not in danger.

"There are 18 fire brigades at the scene, 60 firefighters are bravely fighting the fire, and a fire train is expected to arrive. The 4th level of fire is the most difficult of all possible," said the "governor".

According to him, it will take time to localise the fire as the volume of fuel is large.

In addition, Razvozhayev noted, there will be no evacuation of the population from the area where the accident occurred. Experts will measure the maximum permissible concentration of harmful substances in the air.

Recall that on April 26, there was also a "cotton" explosion in Sevastopol - an explosion was heard in the centre and north of the city.

At the same time, the occupiers are traditionally "calm" on the peninsula. The "adviser" to the occupying "head of Crimea" Oleg Kryuchkov denied the explosions, calling them "stuffing".

As reported by OBOZREVATEL:

- Russian occupation forces are waiting for a counter-offensive by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. It is noteworthy that they are preparing for "gestures of goodwill", in particular, in the temporarily occupied Crimea;

- Russian troops have set up six echelons of defence in the Sevastopol city bay of the temporarily occupied Crimea. The invaders are patrolling the territory from ships and helicopters, and have also put combat dolphins on "duty".
