The base of the invaders was previously hit in July

Four powerful explosions occurred in occupied Crimea on the afternoon of September 9 near the town of Staryi Krym in the south of the peninsula (Kirov district of Crimea). It is known about a military training ground for the Russian occupiers nearby.

Local channels reported about the explosions at 11 p.m., citing eyewitnesses. According to their data, "two powerful explosions" were heard at first and then it became known about two more about 25 minutes later.

The occupation authorities of the peninsula have not commented on the situation yet.

The invaders also did not warn about the "utilization" of ammunition. The locals earlier heard explosions during training or planned destruction of shells at the Starokrymsky firing range.

It was hit on July 19. The strike resulted in occupants stopping traffic on the Tavrida highway. Explosions went off at a large ammunition warehouse of the aggressor country early in the morning. The occupation authorities did not name the cause of the fire at that time but announced an evacuation.

As reported by OBOZREVATEL:

- Military expert Roman Svitan predicted the fall of the second and third line of defense of the occupants, as a result of which the road to Crimea may be open by the end of the year.

- According to the South OC, Russian troops have deployed a new base in Crimea to launch shahed drones from. Now enemy drones will be able to reach their targets faster than when they were launched from the eastern coast of Azov.
