A powerful explosion heard in several cities of occupied Crimea, namely Armiansk and Dzhankoi

On the night of Saturday, December 23, a loud explosion occurred in Crimea, temporarily occupied by Russian troops. It was heard in several cities.

This was reported by the Crimean Wind Telegram channel. According to residents of the occupied Ukrainian peninsula, the explosion was heard in Armiansk and Dzhankoi.

"In the area of Armiansk, a Russian S-300 allegedly fired a missile at the target but missed. According to unconfirmed reports, the detonation was heard on the ground," the channel wrote.

The occupation authorities of Crimea have not yet commented on the explosions.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, on December 20, explosions occurred in the temporarily occupied Crimea. Two military facilities of the occupiers came under attack at once: a military unit of the FSB border guard department near Alushta and the Center for Long-Range Space Communications in the Saky district.

Later, it became known that several "interesting objects" of the Russians were destroyed. In particular, three satellite communications antennas at one location and the Tobol electronic warfare complex at another.
