Tarasova is outraged by sanctions

Russian figure skating coach Tatyana Tarasova is furious over the conditions for allowing Russian athletes to compete in the 2024 Olympic Games. The Vladimir Putin regime's accomplice called those who agree to compete in Paris under a neutral flag crazy.

Tarasova said this in a hysterical commentary to the propaganda publication Sport-Express. According to her, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) does not treat Russians as normal people, and she spoke with pathos about the allegedly great importance of Russia for world sport.

"And who will go then? Will anyone leave and sign a document that disagrees with the state in which they live, work, and love? Will I leave this state and come back here? Am I crazy? I would not leave! What kind of conditions are these? These are not for normal people! The IOC would be ashamed! This is a country that has been decorating the Olympic Games with its victories for decades. This country is called Russia! And this is us!" said Tarasova.

Three-time Olympic figure skating champion Irina Rodnina confirmed that Russia has problems with the use of banned substances by athletes, but accused international organizations of unfair sanctions against Russian athletes.

As OBOZ.UA previously reported, IOC President Thomas Bach accused Russian dictator Vladimir Putin of legitimizing the use of doping by Russian athletes after he appeared with disqualified figure skater Kamila Valiyeva at the opening of the Future Games.
