Kateryna Usyk, the wife of Ukrainian world heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk, shared on Instagram footage of his 38th birthday celebration on January 17.

According to the posts, Oleksandr himself did not attend the celebration in person. Instead, the guests were presented with a cardboard figure of him, which made Kateryna smile. She signed the photo with this unusual "guest": "While my beloved is away, this is the only way."

The evening was attended by many Ukrainian showbiz stars.

Among the guests was singer Artem Pivovarov, who previously performed the Ukrainian anthem before Usyk's rematch with Tyson Fury.

His performance at the celebration was warmly received, and Kateryna accompanied the video of his song with words: "I love our people. For their talent, strength, inspiration."
