Usyk appears in a new look

The unified world heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs) decided to experiment with his appearance before the fight with the British Daniel Dubois (19-1, 18 KOs). The fight will take place on 26 August in Wroclaw, Poland, and three belts held by our compatriot will be at stake.

The boxers are currently taking part in various media activities to promote the upcoming fight. In particular, at a press conference in London on 13 July, the Ukrainian appeared in a new look. Oleksandr cut his hair short and shaved off his Cossack moustache.

Interestingly, just a few days earlier in Wroclaw, Usyk had a completely different look - with thick hair and a beard.

After a press conference in London, Alexander called mixed martial arts star Conor McGregor to the ring, mocking Tyson Fury's (33-0-1, 24 KOs) fight with MMA fighter Francis Ngannou. In case of victory over Dubois, Alexander hopes to unify all the heavyweight belts in a fight with Fury.

Saudi Arabia intends to organise the fights Usyk - Fury and Anthony Joshua (25-3, 22 KOs) - Deontay Wilder (43-2-1, 42 KOs) on the same night. The media published the boxers' fees for the grand show. At the same time, Anthony has already confirmed his fight against Deontay.

As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, the famous Russian promoter Vladimir Khryunov wished Oleksandr Usyk defeat in the fight with Daniel Dubois. The Briton himself spoke about the fear he saw in the Ukrainian's eyes during the duel of the eyes. For his part, Usyk sharply addressed Tyson, sending him away.
