Wilder wants to fight Usyk
Former world champion Deontay Wilder (43-2-1, 42 KOs) unexpectedly accused Oleksandr Usyk (21-0, 14 KOs) of constantly avoiding a face-to-face confrontation. The Bronze Bomber, as the American boxer is called, said that they allegedly tried to organize his fight with the Ukrainian three times.
Wilder said this in an interview with the Es News YouTube channel, Essentially Sports writes. According to the U.S. representative, Usyk was supposed to be in the audience during one of Deontay's fights, and then get up in the ring, where they planned to announce a superfight in the king's division.

"We had to organize the fight three times. The world doesn't know it, but the boxing business does. If you go back to one of my fights, you'll see that Usyk was supposed to be in it. But he didn't show up. I understand why guys don't want to risk fighting me. I understand that I have absolute power. I can get rid of anyone at any time. I just wish these top guys would move forward," Wilder said.
