"They have no brains": Usyk speaks about 'stinking imperialism' in Russia, which wants to destroy Ukraine

The unified world heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk expressed confidence that the real reason for Russia's invasion of our country is the aggressors' intention to destroy Ukraine. At the same time, he does not understand why the Russian Federation hates Ukrainians so much.

Usyk said this in an interview with the Polish edition of Super Express. The boxer noted that he could not answer the question of why Russians so fiercely support the killing of children. He added that he "does not want to offend people", but noted that Russian citizens have no brains.

"They want to steal our history, to take over our country. This is a lifeless imperialism, it is already rotten. It's not even breathing anymore. The kind of imperialism they have stinks for the whole world. But they shout that they are doing well. I don't understand why they hate us so much. I don't think they have any brains. I don't want to offend people, I am an Orthodox Christian. It's not about offending the enemy, it's about treating the enemy the way they behave. I don't understand them, and it seems to me that they have no heart. They allow the killing of children, what kind of heart can there be," Usyk said.

Earlier, Usyk tried to justify his godfather Vasyl Lomachenko, who actively promotes pro-Russian narratives, by saying that he supports Ukraine. And former Ukrainian national footballer Artem Fedetsky shared the details of Usyk's trip to the front.
