The head of the UAF gave a frank interview

The President of the Ukrainian Football Association (UAF), Andrii Shevchenko, said that Ukraine will keep track of children who have left the country in order not to lose them for our football in the future. According to Andrii Shevchenko, the scouts of the head coach of the national team are currently doing this, and in the future a new development will also help in this matter.

"Serhii Rebrov has scouts who are monitoring this. We are also currently testing a technological system that can help us collect information. This is a development of a well-known company. We may start cooperation with it, but first we have to test the capabilities of this system. It will help us a lot to know where Ukrainian children are around the world," Tribuna.com quoted Shevchenko as saying.

The head of the UAF admitted that this cooperation has already resulted in some good results.

"We have recently found three Ukrainian boys who are training in the academies of English clubs. I know that our guys are in Germany, Spain, Austria, Italy and other countries," Shevchenko said.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, the second son of the head of the Ukrainian Football Association (UAF) Andrii Shevchenko receives a passport with a trident. According to media reports, Christian, who was born in November 2006 in London, wants to become a citizen of Ukraine.

Earlier, Shevchenko commented on the situation with the mass exodus of young players from the country. Andrii emphasized that this situation could have a major impact on the football potential of Ukraine.
