Fury reacted to Klimas' words
Former world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs) has promised to take revenge in a fight with Oleksandr Usyk (22-0, 14 KOs). The Gypsy King, as the Briton is called, also did not understand why the Ukrainian's manager Egis Klimas compared him to dictator Vladimir Putin.
Fury said this on TNT Sports 2, the Metro website reports. Tyson didn't like that Klimas compared him to the Kremlin leader after the British boxer sent everyone who supports Usyk to hell, to which the Ukrainian champion himself reacted very restrained.
"I know that Usyk's team is a bit upset, they even compared me to Vladimir Putin today. I don't know why. I've always been a bad guy, all my life, and I still am today, at almost 40 years old. But I intend to go into the ring in destruction mode. The last time I went to box him, I was careful. But this time, I'm not going to let it go to the judges' scorecards. I'm going to knock this bastard out," Fury said.
