"I haven't started training yet": Fury makes bold statement ahead of Usyk rematch

Former world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs) has promised to knock out Oleksandr Usyk (22-0, 14 KOs) in a rematch. The Gypsy King, as the Manchester native is known, noted that this time he does not intend to take the case to the judges' decision, but plans to end the fight early.

Fury said this in an interview with journalists in London, The Mirror website reports. The British boxer also noted that he intends to start his training camp before the rematch with Usyk within a month and a half, expecting to spend no more than seven weeks in the camp.

"I haven't started training yet. I won't go to the camp for a long time. Today is 13 weeks before the fight. So I'll probably start training in about six weeks. Usually I train for these fights for about six to seven weeks, and I'll be ready to rock this evening. Everything is very simple. I just need to knock the bastard out. It's no secret that I think I outboxed him last time and I'm sure I should have gotten a decision in my favor. But this time I'm not going to take it to the judges' notes," Fury said.

Recall that in the first fight, Usyk defeated Fury by split decision - 114:113, 113:114, 115:112 - and became the absolute world heavyweight champion.
