"What idiots": Fury's father attacked Usyk's team because of Tyson's "wife with a frying pan"

Fury's father said this in an interview with the Free Bets project, Express.co.uk reports. According to him, his son's dismemberment was exclusively related to sparring, and Tyson himself was in amazing shape 2.5 weeks before the fight with Usyk, which would have allegedly led to the Ukrainian's defeat.

"This is absolute nonsense, it makes no sense, and they are just making fools of themselves. They are embarrassing themselves with these accusations. They thought they were going to see a Tyson who hadn't trained. But I saw the shape Tyson was in. They're worried, they've always been worried. Usyk said he couldn't fight in April because it interfered with his training schedule. Tyson will be ready. Is Usyk ready? To say that Tyson's wife hit him with a frying pan... What idiots," Fury Sr. said.

After Usyk and Fury's fight was postponed to May 18, the main reasons why Tyson cannot refuse to fight the Ukrainian again were named. Oleksandr's team has named a boxer who will replace the Briton if he refuses to enter the ring. In the updated contract for the fight, the opponents were charged a multimillion-dollar fine.
