"Only the territory will remain": the Russian Olympic champion says that the United States "will soon be no more"
Two-time Olympic champion Alexander Kozhevnikov has issued traditional Kremlin narratives about the imminent collapse of the United States of America. The former hockey player and an associate of Vladimir Putin's dictatorial regime dreamed of a civil war in America after the presidential election in November.
Kozhevnikov, in a patriotic tone, said this in a commentary to the propaganda news agency RIA Novosti. The winner of the Sarajevo '84 and Calgary '88 Games added that the United States would allegedly cease to exist as a country, echoing the words of Jelena Välba.
"Perhaps the United States will not exist as a single country in 20 years if a civil war breaks out after the presidential election. Let's see how the elections go, a lot will depend on it. Everything can end even earlier. Elena Välbe went a bit overboard with 20 years. If a civil war breaks out, the United States will soon be no more as a country, only a territory will remain," Kozhevnikov said.
Earlier, Välbe expressed confidence that the United States would no longer exist in 20 years. Before that, she advocated that Putin order a Russian army strike against Europe, including the UK.
