A curious episode happened in Perpignan, France, before a Super League rugby match between local Catalans Dragons and England's St. Helens. A snapping bull ran into the stadium, forcing players to hide in the stands.
During the warm-up, the match organizers decided to delight the spectators with a display of animals. The fans were shown bulls that won high awards at the agricultural exhibition in Paris.
At one point, one of the animals snapped from its reins, dragged its owner a dozen yards along the ground, and chased the Dragons' players.
