"Fury will tear him to rags!" Former champion predicts Usyk's crushing defeat in the fight with Tyson

World Boxing Council (WBC) belt holder Tyson Fury (33-0-1, 24 KOs) will easily beat Oleksandr Usyk (21-0, 14 KOs) and become the absolute world heavyweight champion. The Gypsy King, as the Manchester native is called, will defeat the Ukrainian, as he is several goals ahead of our compatriot.
This opinion was expressed by former European Boxing Union (EBU) champion Spencer Oliver in an interview with talkSPORT Boxing, Boxing Social reports. He added that after Usyk's fight against Daniel Dubois (19-2, 18 KOs), in which the Ukrainian knocked out his opponent, he became even more convinced of Tyson's superiority over his rival.
Earlier, Fury named the only condition under which he would agree to fight Usyk. Prior to that, insider Mike Coppinger said that promoters were optimistic about the chances of organizing a fight between the Ukrainian and the Briton.
In addition, Fury called Usyk a f raud after his victory over Dubois. The Gypsy King also ridiculed the Ukrainian for "rolling around the ring " after being hit in the fifth round of the fight on August 26.
Tyson's promoter Frank Warren has announced the approximate dates of the Gypsy King's fight with Usyk. Legendary Russian Kostya Tszyu believes the fight will be difficult for Oleksandr, but called him the best heavyweight in the world at the moment.
And another Russian representative, Nikolai Valuev, spoke dismissively of the Ukrainian's chances in a fight with Fury. In turn, Usyk's coach Sergey Lapin ridiculed Tyson and his team.
As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, Tyson Fury's promoter Bob Arum made a sharp and categorical statement about his client's fight with Oleksandr Usyk. Another representative of the Briton, Frank Warren, expressed hope that the fight for the absolute title will definitely take place.
