"Tractor" and Zavarukhin support Putin

The Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) club Traktor has made an epic bend to Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin, drawing ridicule from fans. The Chelyabinsk team signed up in full force to support the leader of the Russian terrorist state on the eve of the so-called presidential election.

"With the support of the president, the KHL, the Night Hockey League, was organized. Everything that is being done in our country is thanks to the president. We want to continue to develop. The most important thing is that Vladimir Putin plays hockey, which is the number one sport in our city. Chelyabinsk is the hockey capital of the entire Urals, and a lot is being done for hockey here: beautiful palaces are being built, and the Traktor Academy has recently been completed," Traktor coach Alexei Zavarukhin told ura.ru.

The readers of the Sports.ru portal did not ignore this openly propagandistic act of the hockey players. They called the situation a cringe and "gay propaganda," and laughed at the words about Russia's development under Putin's leadership.

"To develop in the opposite direction, closer to the Middle Ages", "Well, what is being done now is really thanks to the president, you can't argue. I hope he will be held accountable for this in court", "We want to continue to develop. But it's not about Putin," "What a kringle," "I didn't think there were gender-positive people in my city and from my home club," "And they said gay propaganda was forbidden," the comments read.

Earlier, veterans of the St. Petersburg SKA became a laughingstock online after they asked Putin to sort out the KHL refereeing.
