EU officially started the process of screening Ukrainian legislation - Zelenskyy

The process of screening Ukraine's legislation has officially begun in Brussels. It lays the groundwork for negotiations on our country's accession to the European Union.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote about this on Twitter. He also added that there is hard work ahead.

"There is hard work ahead to assess the compliance of Ukrainian legislation with EU standards and to form the Ukrainian delegation and our negotiating position," Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote.

The President also added that he expects the government team to mobilize as much as possible and hold the first intergovernmental conference this spring.
