What unusual dish to cook with mackerel: a beautiful appetizer for the table

Ingredients

• Mackerel – 2 pcs.
• Dijon mustard – 2 tsp.

• French mustard – 2 tsp.
• Soy sauce – 2-3 tsp.
• Honey – 3 tsp.

Method of preparation.

1. Clean the fish and remove all the excess.

2. Roll the fish into a roll and put it on skewers, 3 pieces each.

3. In a separate container, mix all the ingredients for the marinade.

4. Grease the fish on both sides and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

5. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
