Usyk beat Fury for the second time

On Saturday, December 21, unified heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk (23-0, 14 KOs) defended his belts in a rematch with Tyson Fury (34-2-1, 24 KOs). Our compatriot looked more convincing in the ring and deservedly won by unanimous decision.

Two days after the fight, the Ukrainian boxer published his first photos outside the arena in Riyadh. Usyk decided to remind us of his nickname, the Cat. In the photos, you can see Oleksandr with bruises on his face left by his opponent's powerful punches and a cat made of various parts using the principle of construction sets.

"Hello. The Cat," Usyk captioned the post on his Instagram page. In just an hour, the photo garnered 100,000 likes and nearly 400 comments.

As a reminder, all three judges of the Usyk-Fury fight gave the victory to the Ukrainian boxer with a score of 116-112. In addition, it became known what result was recorded by artificial intelligence. This angered Tyson, who called himself the strongest with a difference of at least three rounds. After the fight, he was "disqualified".

Former champion Anthony Joshua (28-4, 25 KOs) gave his version of the rounds. And the legendary Lennox Lewis admitted that he was not impressed by the fight.

In addition, promoter Eddie Hearn disputed the account of the rematch between Usyk and Fury. Instead, the British media learned what Tyson was told before the 12th round of the fight.

At the same time, impressive statistics of the opponents' punches in the fight were published. A photo showed what Fury's face looked like after 100 missed punches from Usyk.

After the victory, the Ukrainian boxer decided on his next opponent and also made a confession about his rematch with Tyson.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, Paris Fury's reaction was caught on camera when Oleksandr was announced the winner of the rematch with Tyson. In addition, the fight was shown in a famous cartoon. And in Russia, fake words of the British about Volodymyr Zelenskyy began to spread. The Ukrainian was suspended from boxing.
