Ingredients
- Walnuts
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 gr.
- Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- Greens - 100 gr.
- Amaranth
- Tofu
Method of preparation
1. Boil the amaranth in salted water.
2. Cut the pepper in half and peel off all the excess.
3. Mix tofu with chopped nuts, amaranth and herbs.
4. Stuff the peppers and bake for 20-30 minutes.
5. Add cherry tomatoes before serving.

- Oyster mushrooms
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Broccoli - 150 gr.
- Corn grits
Method of preparation
1. Chop the oyster mushrooms and onions. Fry in a frying pan with oil.
2. Boil the corn porridge until tender in salted water.
3. Boil broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes.
4. Put the porridge on a plate, top with mushrooms, onions and broccoli.

Ingredients.
- Cauliflower - ½ pc.
- Carrots - ½ pc.
- Garlic - 1 clove.
- Cumin
- Paprika
- Pepper
- Sesame seeds - 1 tsp.
- Hummus
Method of preparation
1. Disassemble the cauliflower into florets. Cut the carrots into rings.
2. Add garlic, spices, sesame seeds and olive oil to the vegetables.
3. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
4. Put the baked vegetables on the hummus and pour over the oil.
