Khryunov spoke about the Usyk –- Fury 2 fight

Famous Russian promoter Vladimir Khryunov wished Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs) a crushing victory in his rematch with Oleksandr Usyk (22-0, 14 KOs). The representative of ex-boxer Alexander Povetkin considers the Gypsy King, as the Briton is known, to be his friend.

Khryunov said this in an interview with the propaganda portal Championship.com. The Russian added that Fury had a brilliant training camp on the eve of the second fight against Usyk and has no doubts about the British former world champion's future victory.

"I'm friends with Tyson Fury and I'm waiting for a rout. I think he will win this fight and I do not doubt it. I spoke to him yesterday and wished him success. He has a big team of professionals working with him, everything is fine," Khryunov said.

It should be noted that recently, people in Russia have been actively wishing for Usyk's defeat on December 21. Russian national team coach Eduard Kravtsov also hinted that he wants to see the British victory. And Olympic champion Aleksei Tishchenko, speaking about the rematch, "forgot" that a Ukrainian would take part in it. In turn, the Russian media reacted with envy to our champion's fee.

Usyk and Fury have already completed preparations for their second fight. The Ukrainian has already arrived in Riyadh, where he was met by his compatriots. In his turn, Tyson told how he was going to beat our boxer and close the defeat in May.

On December 1, an epic promotional video of Usyk and Fury's rematch was released. It has already been called a disgrace to American boxing companies.

On October 23, Usyk and Fury had their first duel of looks before the second fight. The Ukrainian appeared unusually, changing his image. In addition, he forced his opponent to take an unusual step to help the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Before that, it became known that Tyson wanted to organize a trilogy with Oleksandr to go down in boxing history. The Briton also accused the Ukrainian of disrupting the timing of the rematch.
