The wife of the current king of Denmark "repaid" the guest in the same way, says Kristina Alekseichuk, a style expert and lecturer at the Andre Tan Academy of Style and Design. In a comment to OBOZ.UA, the fashion expert explained what white color symbolizes and why the First Lady wore palace pants.

It is noteworthy that both Olena Zelenska and the Queen Consort chose stylish trousers, which says a lot about the relevance of this wardrobe element.

"The pants of this model have a loose fit, which does not hinder movement and is comfortable for long negotiations. They are successfully combined with a blouse or shirt, as in the case of Olena, creating a stylish and businesslike look. It also looks good in a suit ensemble with a jacket, as in the image of Mary," emphasized Kristina Alekseichuk.

The fashion expert's attention was also drawn to the choice of colors in the women's images. The Ukrainian woman paired a white blouse with black pants, while the Danish ruler wore a light suit. This indicates her friendly attitude.

"Representatives of states often choose light colors for important negotiations. They are associated with such positive qualities as softness, calmness, openness, and trust. White and any pastel colors create a trusting atmosphere and help to strengthen mutual understanding during a meeting, making it warmer. In Olena's case, the combination of light and dark in the image further emphasizes the woman's determination and strength," said the lecturer of the Style Academy.

Olena Zelenska and Queen Mary, in her opinion, radiated confidence and professionalism, and the choice of palace pants gave the images a stylish and elegant look.
