A bagel is a delicious type of pastry made in the shape of a ring. And it is used to make very interesting and unusual breakfasts.
A food blogger with the nickname nisenitnitsia shared how to make the perfect breakfast with bagels on Instagram. It will be delicious and dietary.
Ingredients for bagels:
- cottage cheese - 500 g
- hard cheese - 100 g
- egg - 1 pc
- baking powder - ½ tsp
- flour - 2 tbsp
- seed mix
- yolk - for greasing
Ingredients for the filling
- cream cheese
- mixed salad greens
- lightly salted salmon
Method of preparation
1. Prepare the bagel dough. Mix all the ingredients except the seeds.
2. Form bagels and place on parchment.
3. Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with seeds and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
4. Cut the bagels into halves, brush with cream cheese and top with the filling.
5. Cover with another bagel half and serve.
