The most successful dough for homemade dumplings: does not stick to hands and fits well
The most important thing in homemade dumplings is good dough. It should be loose and not stick to your hands. And after boiling, the products should not stick together. To do this, use the following technology.
The idea of preparing the perfect dough for dumplings was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valentyna Saenko. You can choose any filling.
Ingredients (the glasses must be the same):
- flour - 3 cups
- boiling water - 1 cup
- a pinch of salt
- eggs - 1 pc.
- vegetable oil - 30 g
Method of preparation:
1. Add salt, oil, and egg to the flour.
2. Pour boiling water (but not over the egg, so that it does not boil).
3. Stir with a spoon.
5. When it cools, you can knead it by hand. The dough should be soft and elastic.
6. You may need to add a little flour, but only 10-15 grams.
7. Leave the kneaded dough for 15 minutes under a towel and you can cook dumplings.
